Here are two blank warscrolls templates created by removing the text from an official AoS warscroll PDf. One with a Command Ability and one without. A warscroll that had quite many Melee Weapons as well as a Ranged Weapon was selected as the base. Feel free to add or remove any parts you don’t need, for example if you want to make a melee unit of your own you can just erase the Ranged Weapon bar with a photo editing tool.
